Great air conditioning and helpful 24-hour reception. Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The breakfast offered some delightful tropical fruits, setting the stage for culinary adventures! Plus, the staff at the cafeteria were always ready to serve—kudos to them! The room boasted a spacious layout and had great soundproofing, making my stay quite peaceful.
The cleaning service left a bit to be desired. they seemed to only do the bare minimum. Little things like toiletries weren't stocked properly.

The cleaning services missed essential details. they only exchanged towels and refilled basic toiletries, leaving much to be desired. Breakfast offerings were limited, and requests for simply more bread resulted in a 'no, we're out' response, suggesting a lack of adequate preparation. The food quality seemed questionable, with some items appearing stale or altered to seem fresh. while the location shines, the overall maintenance and dining experience need considerable improvement.

Highly Recommended for Families
The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. The delicious breakfast spread every morning, filled with fresh Turkish delights, was the perfect start to our days.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable for the experience.

The location is mint, just a stone's throw from the mosques. But the reception staff were pretty pushy and our bed felt like a rock, missing my own comfy one heaps.

Stunning views and great brekkie in Istanbul 🌅
Location is super central, just a short stroll to all the beautiful mosques. The brekkie? Lekker selection of Turkish delights every morning! Really chilled vibe to escape all the touristy busyness after a day out.
Room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and comfy enough for our stay.

Braw spot for a family trip, just a wee stroll from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofya. Staff were pure friendly, especially during breakfast—loved the fresh options! Only downside was the hard beds, missed my comfy one back home after a few nights.

I had a pleasant stay at Biz Cevahir. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to key attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff showcased exceptional service, particularly Mr Jafer, who was instrumental in organizing transportation and providing valuable advice about the city. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh dishes each morning.
The hotel had occasional issues with taxi pickups from the area.
